Using Good Friends Go is easy

Online
Create your member account at www.goodfriends.co.nz , sign up for Good Friends Go, explore the app and book a ride.

To book a ride:
1. Choose your destination
2. Select a time for your ride
3. Pay securely in the app

Pricing to go

Two options:
1. Pay per ride, or
2. Unlimited rides with a weekly subscription fee.

Selecting the subscription option allows unlimited rides. That means you can ride as many times you like for $20 per week; making it easy and affordable to get to where you want to go, every day.

Choose when and how you ride

You can make a booking up to a week in advance. Or on-demand before you ride.

Track your ride in real-time to your pick-up location through our easy-to-use app. We even send you a text when we are on the way so you can be ready when we arrive.

The app will show your pick-up address and your drop off destination.

Good Friends Go is a ride share service. That means Arvida Good Friends members heading in the same direction may also be picked up and share the ride with you. Sometimes that may mean you are the only person in the vehicle, and at other times it could be full. It does mean you are expected to meet the car when it arrives, so you don’t hold up a ride for others. Our drivers can only wait a few minutes before they must head to their next member pickup.

Mobility assistance included

There is room for a wheelchair or walking frame in our vehicles and our prices don’t change, simply let us know in advance what you need. The app lets you select whether you need mobility assistance each time you book a ride. Alternatively, you can permanently update your preference settings, so we automatically know your requirements when you book.

All our friendly drivers are Arvida trained and verified and have completed comprehensive background checks. If you need extra assistance, they will be happy to help.
